Guaranteed upgrade

As a PLATINUM member, you get guaranteed upgrades to the next room category, at no extra charge, as long as there are rooms available when your booking is registered in the booking system and there is more than one room category available at the hotel*. The benefit cannot be combined with the Room Guarantee or Guaranteed Bonus Night benefits.
