Does the hotel have parking?
We have free parking for our guests at the back of the hotel, subject to availability. There is a heated garage under the hotel and this costs 95 SEK/24h. You can even charge your electric car in the garage.
Is breakfast included? Can I have breakfast if I check out very early in the morning?
We serve a large buffet breakfast, with plenty of organic produce that is delicious, nutritious and filling. A proper hotel breakfast in other words! Breakfast is always included in the price of your room. Please let us know if you need to check out before our breakfast buffet opens.
Cleaning is included, but you must let us know! Simply hang the sign on your door by 11pm the day before if you would like your room to be cleaned. Otherwise we will donate money to the Sweet Dreams Stay project, a collaboration with UNICEF, which helps children affected by human trafficking. Is there a gym at the hotel?
Our gym is equipped with both cardio and weightlifting machines including running machines, cross-trainers, exercise bikes, free weights, and TRX and FLOWIN training equipment. We have everything you need to keep fit during your stay. The gym is free of charge for all our hotel guests.
Is there a luggage storage room?
Yes, we have a storage room where you can keep your luggage before you check in or after you have checked out.
Is there WiFi? What does it cost?
Hotel guests have free access to WiFi all over the hotel. You will be given a password when you check in. We also have a guest computer with a printer.
What can I do if I've forgotten my toothbrush or other toiletries?
Our reception has a good range of necessities so there's no need to worry if you forgot to pack something. We sell toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shaving foam, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shoe shining kits, umbrellas, earplugs and sewing kits.
Can I upgrade my room?
Would you like to make your stay feel extra luxurious? We can help you to upgrade if there are rooms available in a higher category. Please contact the reception and we will give you more information about prices and so on.
Do you have easy access rooms?
We have 16 rooms that are specially adapted for people with disabilities. Please contact us and we will do our best to provide you with a room to suit your needs.
