Does the hotel have parking?
We have free parking for our guests at the back of the hotel, subject to availability. There is a heated garage under the hotel and the lift will take you from there directly up into the hotel so you don't need to go outside. Both existing and new members of the Nordic Choice Club pay just 85 SEK per night for parking (non-members pay 125 SEK). You'll also find four charging stations for electric vehicles in the garage. Please note that parking spaces cannot be reserved.
Is breakfast included? Can I have breakfast if I check out very early in the morning?
We offer our guests a large buffet breakfast with plenty of organic produce that is delicious, nutritious and filling. A proper hotel breakfast in other words! Breakfast is always included in the price of your room. Early Bird breakfast bags are available outside normal service hours at no extra charge. To place an order, please contact the reception the night before.
Is there a gym at the hotel?
Our gym is equipped with both cardio and weightlifting machinery including running machines, cross-trainers, exercise bikes, free weights, and TRX and FLOWIN training equipment. We have everything you need to keep fit during your stay. Use of the gym is free of charge for all our hotel guests.
Is there a luggage storage room?
Yes, we have a storage room where you can keep your belongings before or after your stay.
Is there WiFi? What does it cost?
Hotel guests enjoy free access to our WiFi network all over the hotel. You will be given a password when you check in. We also have a guest computer with a printer.
What can I do if I've forgotten my toothbrush or other toiletries?
There's no need to worry if you forgot to pack something. We have toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shaving foam, shoe shining kits, umbrellas, earplugs, sewing kits and more available for purchase in the reception!
Do you offer upgrades?
Want to treat yourself to an extra luxurious stay? Then go ahead and upgrade your room to a higher category. Please contact the reception and we will give you more information about prices and so on.
Do you have accessible rooms?
We have 16 rooms that are specially adapted for people with disabilities. Please contact us and we will do our best to provide you with a room to suit your needs.
