A magical get away, with a personal , exceptional service who suited for a person from the big apple, in a small town in Sweden. Only 40 min by train, from Stockholm city, It ‘s a must visit if you ever travel here

Hotel well located next to the historic center of Uppsala, but without soul, and extremely expensive for the level of the room and the quality of the service. Professional but cold staff Room and especially bathroom deserving a renovation The cleaning was only half done and my bed was not even made up. I went to many hotels... And this is the first time that this has happened to me!

The hotel looks great from the outside but the moderate double room is VERY BASIC. Never mind that there are no fridge but The tv could not be moved so you had to lie in an awkward position to watch TV. Chromecast NOT supported on TV or even supported on hotel network. This should be unnecessary in this day and age. Not reading light on one of the sides of the bed.

Great city centre hotel, around 15 minutes’ walk from the station, with plenty of bars and restaurants in the nearby vicinity. Beds were extremely comfortable and the rest of the room was very well appointed. The bathroom was well equipped with a very large shower, and everything was spotlessly clean. Unfortunately I did not have a great night’s sleep because the air conditioning controls which were right next to the bed were constantly lit up by brightest of blue lights and our attempts at trying to cover it up all failed. Why the control panel needs to be lit up, I have no idea and if you are going to use them, then at least put them well away from the sleeping area. We did not take dinner there, but the menu looked decent nor did we use the Spa facilities. . We did however partake in the included breakfast buffet, which had a great deal of choices, both international and Swedish, although some vegetarian sausages would have been appreciated. Overall though, a very decent place to stay in a charming little city

Beautiful hotel, centrally located, great food, amazing staff. We were treated well and our room had the extras we requested upon arrival. We also had the choice for a green stay which made it feel safe with our belongings. Will definitely stay there again.
