Please note that the pool is currently closed due to maintenance work. The jacuzzi and sauna are open as normal.
Can I use cash at the hotel?
The Quality Hotel Nacka has been a cash-free hotel since 1 September 2017. This provides a safer working environment for our staff as it reduces the risk of theft and burglary. It also means that we have more time to spend on taking care of our guests. For guests it means faster and more secure payments. We accept all major debit and credit cards. Please contact us for more information.
Does the hotel have parking?
We offer comlimentary parking here at the hotel, but you will need to get a parking permit from the reception. Enter "Quality Hotel Nacka" into your navigation system to get the best route to the hotel.
Is breakfast included? Can I have breakfast if I check out very early in the morning?
We serve a large buffet breakfast, with plenty of organic produce that is delicious, nutritious and filling. A proper hotel breakfast in other words! Breakfast is always included in the price of your room. Please let us know if you need to check out before our breakfast buffet opens and we will organise an "early bird bag" for you.
Is there WiFi? What does it cost?
Our free WiFi can be accessed from anywhere in the hotel. Simply select the QualityGuest network and you'll be online! It really couldn't be easier.
Room cleaning - Sweet Dreams Stay
The Sweet Dreams project is a collaboration between Nordic Choice Hotels and UNICEF that helps children at risk of human trafficking get a safe night’s sleep. You can support the project by choosing not to have your room cleaned when you stay with us for more than one consecutive night. All you need to do is hang the Sweet Dreams sign on your door before 11pm. For each room we do not clean, we will donate 10 SEK to UNICEF. This also helps us to minimise the use of chemicals, electricity and water at our hotels. Together we can make a difference! Find out more about Sweet Dreams here.
Is there a gym or spa at the hotel?
We have a pool and gym equipped with cardio and weightlifting machines, so you can maintain your exercise regime, even when you're away from home. Access to the gym, sauna, pool and relaxation area is free of charge for all hotel guests.
Is there a restaurant at the hotel?

Can I buy snacks at the hotel?
You can purchase a wide range of snacks, light meals, drinks and other necessities at Lounge 24 in the lobby. You needn't watch the clock - we're open 24/7!
Can I upgrade my room?
To enjoy an extra luxurious stay, you can upgrade your room or book one of our VIP packages. Please don't hesitate to contact us so we can help make your stay truly memorable.
Is there a luggage storage room?
We offer luggage storage before and after your stay.
What can I do if I've forgotten my toothbrush or other toiletries?
We sell just about everything you might need in the reception including toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shaving cream, sewing kits and shower caps. You'll also a shoe shine machine in our lobby.
Any tips on what to do in Stockholm and how to get around?
You can buy a Stockholm Card in the reception, which gives you free admission to more than 75 museums and attractions, as well as free travel on Stockholm's public transport system.
What about ironing facilities?
There's an ironing room for hotel guests in our relaxation area.
