Well, nowadays, far too many of us consume far too much food produced in factories. Many people never even encounter real produce anymore, and our tastebuds have been reprogrammed to favour additives and artificial flavourings. You could say that we've actually forgotten what food is supposed to taste like! We've lost our connection with natural flavours. And we want to put an end to that!
