Comfort Hotel® Xpress Stockholm Central

I visited Stockholm for business. My host booked this hotel for me. I was offered a room without window (not a problem). The room was extremely small. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The room was very dirty. On the floor there was hair and toe nails. The toilet was also dirty. I presented the problem at the reception, and the personnel was kind to offer me another room. The second room was a double bed food with a window facing a shopping center. Also this room was dirty. There was a used tobacco snus on the table bed. Under the bed extremely dusty. The bed extremely uncomfortable. I was woken up at 6 am by hammering and drilling noise. The hotel does not have a breakfast except some snacks. Avoid this hotel at all costs. The central location does not justify a booking. This is disgusting.

Stayed here for new years, had an early flight in so got to hotel and they allowed us to put our bags in the cupboard until we can check in ~ so we went exploring for a few hours. Coming back to hotel staff member was friendly as couldn’t fault him. Room was slightly on the small side but apart from that it was lovely. Would come back again :)

The hotel is locelated near the central station (Stockholm's central station is huge, and can be quite confusing, as it as a bus terminal, train station and metro station, all in one.) Is is literally just around the corner from the Flybussarna, that comes from the airport, perfect. You can walk a few minutes for the metro and train stations, ir even to the city center ir Gamla Stan in less than 30 minutes. The room and bathroom were a bit small, but we booked the economy room so that was expected. But it was well enough for a few nights. Unfortunately, the shower drips a lot into the bathroom floor, making moving around a little bathroom even more complicated. During our 4 night stay, however, the room was never cleaned, there are instructions regarding that matter, you can ask and pay for extra cleaning. Also, the curtain did not fully cover out window so take a sleeping mask just in case!Otherwise, we slept well and given the prices in Stockholm, this was a great find! The check in and payment is through a machine at the entrance, but the staff was there if help was needed and was always nice. There is also a luggage room to store your things before you leave. Overall, would definitvely stay again!!

This Hotel, was in a great location. We walked everywhere, even to the Vasa Museum, The old town and to lots of local restaurants and cafes. The relaxed sitting area near reception was great, because I had an inside room that had no windows. The only negative was I could not get the room cool enough ‘for me’. But that is minor.

1700SEK a night for the smallest room on a slow wednesday, no breakfast included and a wonky wifi? C’mon! Regulate your prices to fit your standard. I could’ve prolly found a regular room (breakfast included) at a better price at any of hotels near the Centralstation had I the time to browse around.
