Third time staying here. Great location (15min to Old Stockholm, 10min to City Hall, 2min from the Arlanda Express train). Price is reasonable, breakfast buffet has good options (although the scrambled eggs could be a little less runny) and the bar lounge area is a nice size. I definitely would consider this hotel again the next time I’m in town.

My recent stay at the Clarion Sign was very good. I like the idea of a themed hotel, and the Clarion Sign's devotion to music transpires from every corner (sometimes, admittedly, even a little too much, as you cannot escape the music in any public space of the hotel). The staff is very nice. Breakfast is glorious. Our room was not among the most spacious I have seen, but the silence and the quality of sleep are excellent. I was just surprised at the absence of a safe box in our room.

On a quick gettaway. Reserved a room. Only spa that recieves children under 16 y old. Order some food at the bar. Food ready, the waitress see pic lets it sit for 15 minutse. The cook carries our dinner to the bar. 10 minutes later (we watch) we ask the waitress to bring the food. I tell her that the foods been sitting there for 20 min. She tells me NOOOO AND ARGUES!!! GM you should check your staff!!! You ve got obnoxious and slooow staff!! The food was cold!! Waitress came back to continue the argument. She didnt excuse herself at all. Obnoxious and immature service. Really bad for clarion.

Hi Thank you kindly for the feedback, we truly appreciate it. Yes indeed, we welcome children between opening from 10 AM to 1PM, after 1PM only gustes over 16 y.o are welcome. As you said most spas in the city don't welcome children under 16 y.o at all. We are trying to challenge this norm! Please accept my sincere apologies for the experience in the restaurant, I will forward it to the restaurant manager. It is very important that you feel listen to and experience high quality service. Very nice hotel with a good location. Big and clean room. Comfortable beds. Very good breakfast with a lot to chose between. But both the scrambled eggs and the bacon were undercooked for ny taste. Over to the "but".... Why on earth did you put a window in the bathroom-wall? We were travelling with teenagers, an they found it very uncomfortable that we were able to watch them in the shower or on the toilet, doing number one or number two... Of course er did not look, but er could if er would. At least you could put up a courtain so we can chose to be exposed or not...

I have just stayed for 3 nights at this lovely central hotel. The rooms were clean and OK. I was attending a conference of over 200 and there were other events on the Monday. We all broke at about 4.30 and many went to the bar to network but here was only one bartender on duty! He was really nice but sunk very quickly. Over 30 minutes to get a three drinks. The 1 other guy was doing room service! We only had the one drink as the bar was swamped. I had booked dinner for myself and my wife in the hotel restaurant. Qt 7.30 we sat down and it was lovely and quite. Drinks and starter arrived and it was fine. However, at 8 the restaurant filled to capacity. I would guess over 100 covers. There were parties of 10 or more as well as other small groups from the conferences. However, there were only 3 waiting staff. Our main took 2 reminders and an hour to arrive. It arrived cold which is not good for a mixed grill to share -steak strips, chicken and chorizo. We called the waitress. She was lovely and apologetic. She took away the food. 20 minutes later she returned the skillet just had a few strips of steak on it. When this was questioned "Where is the rest of the dish?" she said that the chicken and chorizo would follow "as they take longer to cook". So you get the food in stages? The waitress was great. It was not her fault. It is management's fault for not having enough staff on duty when they book major conferences. Sad for Stockholm and sad for such a major hotel chain.

I will make sure to forward your comments and observations to the restaurant manager who will follow up on the matter in order to make sure we are not understaffed and have a good back up plan with taking in extrastaff on a short notice if one or several staff members are unable to work due to illness or other circumstances.
