Far from the center of the town and with bad combination of public transportation to get the town's center. Rooms are small and there are no wardrobes. Breakfast and dinner do not have much variety. I think 4 stars is to much for this hotel.

Dear Mariajosec2942016, We always want all feedback, both good and bad experiences - I must be honest and write that I'm sorry to read that you found it not so convenient to get from here to the city center. I often hear that people are surprised that it was easier to get here than expected but of course this is a personal valuation. In a few years you will however be able to take the subway all the way here, they are building it right now :) Was there something in particular that you missed at the breakfast and evening meal? Slightly off location in Sickla (there are trams, buses and of course taxis) and the light rail is temporarily closed, otherwise 10-15 mins away from Slussen and the city centre makes it easy to get to and from. Food is great and the staff are polite. The furniture and atmosphere is very pleasant too. With the rooms, you get what you pay for in size, but they are all clean, modern and comfortable.

Very friendly hotel in very nondescript area of suburban Stockholm (Sickla district), which is dead at the weekend. Spacious lounge and dining areas with typically stratospheric prices for alcoholic drinks in Sweden. The rooms were austere, attractive and comfortable. However, our room was not made up at all during the two days we were there. In fact, that was true for the 30-odd people in our group; a bit of a let-down considering how good the staff seemed to be.

Our policy is not to clean the rooms on default if you stay more than one night, this is very common in Sweden nowadays. But if you like to have your room cleaned it is of course possible, just let us know in the front desk the day before and we will arrange it without any charge. Except for having signs in the elevator and in the room we always try to inform this when you check-in, but it sounds like we missed that when you checked-in. I'll make sure that routine is in place.
