The Captain's Table restaurant is elegant yet relaxed, sporty yet stylish, and provides magical views of the Hake Fjord. All our guests can enjoy dinner here with fresh, organic, local and seasonal ingredients. Choose between the à la carte menu or the delicious 3-course menu that is included in many of our packages. With mussels from Orust, oysters from Ljungskile and a bakery just round the corner, we let the flavours do the talking.
Our Kookaburra restaurant gently bobs up and down on the quayside. You won't get closer to a seaside feel without rolling up your trouser legs. Shellfish, hot salsa and freshly-caught fish are just some of the delicious items that await you! Kookaburra is open every day during the summer. Moreover, this unique venue can be rented for conferences and parties all the year round.
The Wine Cellar
The Stenungsbaden Wine Cellar was built in the early 1980s. Our legendary sommelier, Eric Bauer, was involved from the beginning, guaranteeing quality and reliable sources until his retirement in 2010. Our wine cellar boasts a huge selection of over 500 wines from around the world. The Wine Cellar is open to all of our guests, and we'd be more than happy to give you a tour. Just ask our head waiter.
