Closed over Christmas & New Year
Christmas is just around the corner and we are full of festive spirit! Please note, however, that the Quality Hotel Prisma will be closed over Christmas and New Year from 3pm on 21 December 2018 until 3pm on 2 January 2019.
We offer free parking in our car park, subject to availability. There are also free parking spaces around the hotel.
Quality Hotel Prisma is a cash-free hotel. This provides a safer working environment for our staff as it reduces the risk of theft and burglary. It also means that we have more time to spend on taking care of our guests. For guests it means faster and more secure payments. We accept all major debit and credit cards. Please contact us for more information.
Cleaning is included, but you must let us know! Simply hang the sign on your door by 11pm the day before if you would like your room to be cleaned. Otherwise we will donate money to the Sweet Dreams Stay project, a collaboration with UNICEF, which helps children affected by human trafficking. The hotel has a room for storage of your luggage before and after your stay.
All our hotel rooms and communal areas have free WiFi. Drop by the front desk to get an access code or log in using your Nordic Choice Club membership number. It really couldn't be easier!
What TV channels are there in the room?
From 1 April 2017, we have changed our TV supplier here at the hotel. This means that Kanal 5 will not be available any longer, and is not expected to return until the end of 2017. We do have a good range of other channels for you to watch. Unless of course you'd prefer to read a good book that is!
Forget to pack something? No problem. At the front desk we have just about everything you might need in terms of hygiene products. Need something we don't have on hand? We'll help you get it.
