Overpriced hotel in poor condition

Does not qualify for a 4 star hotel at all. We stayed in the side building. The room was very small, a lot of noise all night from outside ventilator, so had to keep windows closed, and no air conditioning, causing a warm room. The room was a bit dirty, especially the bedside tables. Breakfast was poor, and the place was understaffed. Overpriced hotel in poor condition.

We had seen quite a lot of critique on the hotel and the dinner served, so we were a bit sceptical when we booked. But it turned out that this was a wonderful hotel and the dinner served in the evening was very delicious!! Also the breakfast served was really nice with good variation. The room and bathroom were both nicely decorated and beds were comfortable. The hotel is centrally located and there is paid parking option right in front of the hotel. A double room with dinner (and breakfast) for 2 persons for 1700 SEK is a fantastic offer. We give our best recommendations!

Nicely located in the city centre of Oskarshamn. We stayed in the main building for three nights. The room was spacious and nice. Clean but the whole hotel is in need of some TLC ;-). The staff was very welcoming and offered a high level of professional service. But.. the breakfast wasn't really good. For example no bacon.. Also dinner and afternoon snacks was disappointing, way below the standard I've got used to at Clarion Collection. Choose this for the location, not for the food. Would stay here again though.
