We regret to inform you that our jacuzzi is currently out of order. We apologise for any convenience. In the meantime, you can still use our panoramic sauna and gym facilities.

Take some time out in our relaxation area! The sauna is located one floor up, and you can enjoy truly fabulous views of Karlstad from here! The relaxation area is open to our hotel guests and is included in the room rate. Use your room key to access the relaxation area.
