To achieve this, we have had the help of Marcus Samuelsson, Gothenburg local and one of the most successful chefs in the world. We asked him to create all our food and drink concepts.
Here at Clarion Hotel Post, we offer a broad, nutritious, tasty and filling breakfast buffet which is always included in the room rate. If you want to enjoy your breakfast in peace and quiet we recommend you come to breakfast as early as possible, as most guests usually eat a late breakfast. Breakfast is served in the dining room on the ground floor.

In addition to both hot and cold food, we are also honoured to offer our guests a fantastic dessert buffet of sweet treats baked in our own bakery, led by our head pastry chef and also the 2013 Pastry Chef of the Year, Patrik Fredriksson. The whole idea behind Norda Bar & Grill is to combine the best of the cities we love – New York and Gothenburg. The excitement and vibrancy of cities often comes straight from the streets and their subcultures. Also there’s always a popular, historic and local heritage to consider. For us at Norda, it is natural therefore to be inspired by the local street classics and serve them in our own way - with good ingredients, good cooking and a lot of love. You will therefore find the classic Gothenburg dish "Half specials" when you dine with us, side by side with the best seafood and meat dishes.
vRÅ - Sushi & raw food
At vRÅ the focus is on Scandinavian ingredients, combined with flavours from Japan. The ingredients are selected with due deference to the season, and we offer tasting menus to give our guests an exceptional dining experience. The goal is to capture the exclusive feel behind the craftsmanship of the sushi and raw food, yet with a relaxed and contemporary atmosphere in the restaurant.
The wine cellar
In the large and rustic wine cellar there is a pleasant room in which we can accommodate groups of up to 12 people for those who prefer a more private setting. Norda Bar & Grill's kitchen will create a menu especially for you.

Welcome to the sunniest outdoor terrace in Gothenburg, on Drottningtorget in central Gothenburg! West facing with sun until late evening, this is a perfect place for sun-worshippers, outdoor diners and connoisseurs in the summer. The menu is offered from lunchtime until late evening and is a fresh mix of both classics and exciting new dishes.
