A fantastic breakfast buffet, a luxurious brunch, a restaurant where the Swedish west coast meets the American east coast and Scandinavian ingredients fuse with unique Japanese flavours. Put simply, we really value good food here at the Quality Hotel Post.
No ordinary hotel restaurant
We don't believe that a hotel restaurant should be for hotel guests only. When you visit a new city, you want to get the feel of the place, its flavours, its people and its vibe. That's why many people normally go out to find restaurants popular with locals.
Breakfast
Here at the Clarion Hotel Post, we offer our guests a well-filled breakfast buffet that is always included in the room rate. If you want to enjoy your breakfast in peace and quiet, we recommend you come to breakfast as early as possible, as most guests usually eat a late breakfast. Breakfast is served in the dining room on the ground floor. Please note that you will need to book a slot time.
Brunch, bubbles & beats
Get your Saturday off to a great start with some groovy beats, a great vibe and a glass of something bubbly! Our award-winning brunch features three different starter buffets including savoury, crispy, meaty, cheesy and vegetarian dishes. Then you can choose a main course from our à la carte menu, before you have some sweet treats from our dessert table. The only thing that's limited is palm oil! So, gather a bunch of friends and enjoy the fabulous music and welcoming atmosphere.

Norda - local ingredients with unique flavours
Here at Norda, we work with the best of what both sides of the Atlantic have to offer. We grow our own vegetables on our rooftop and take inspiration from near and far. Sweden's west coast offers us a great selection of seafood and Manhattan is quite literally a melting pot for all the world's different cuisines. With Marcus Samuelsson as our chief creative force, we are able to offer our guests dining experiences that beautifully combine playful and classic elements. We always choose seasonal produce and allow our sense of adventure to guide us in developing new dishes.
We believe that a meal at our restaurant should fill our guests with great sense of joy, so we choose to serve the food in a friendly and relaxed environment where the vibe picks up towards the end of the week. From Sunday to Wednesday, there is a quieter atmosphere with jazz-inspired music. From Thursday to Saturday, we pump up the volume and both R&B and soul music helps lift the mood of our diners!
VRÅ
Imagine the west coast of Sweden and Japan. Now imagine having one foot in each place! That's what stepping in to VRÅ feels like - a restaurant that is both familiar and exciting! Our greatest ambition is for you to feel well taken care of and comfortable. And we're sure that our varied menu featuring plenty of seafood and global flavours will excite your palate! The ingredients we use are always always locally sourced, while our culinary techniques and inspiration tend to come from Japan.
Here at vRÅ, we place great emphasis on sustainability, sourcing, organic produce and seasonal ingredients - we seek to follow nature instead of taming it. Seasons determine whatever comes into our kitchen. Therefore our menu changes throughout the year, and sometimes even from one day to the next. No evening at vRÅ is ever quite the same!
The wine cellar
In the large and rustic wine cellar there is a pleasant room in which we can accommodate groups of up to 12 people for those who prefer a more private setting. Norda's kitchen will create a menu just for you.
