Our 15 light and airy conference rooms can accommodate a total of 650 people. The rooms have all the technical features you need for effective meetings and stylish presentations. Free Wi-Fi is available in all public areas of the hotel.Relax in our spa with pool after your day of work, treat the staff to a beneficial massage treatment from our spa therapist or enjoy the sauna. You have access to our gym during your entire stay. We serve you a well-prepared three course dinner in our restaurant, Brasserie Absint. We are Gävle’s largest and best-equipped conference hotel, with 15 meeting rooms at a total capacity of up to 650 participants. Each room is bright and airy, with WiFi access and all the technological facilities you’ll need to inspire and succeed.
Our largest room, C16, can accommodate up to 161 participants. We can rearrange the room in order to best suit your needs, as well as provide extra technological facilities (should you require them).
C7, our largest conference room here at the hotel can accommodate up to 100 people with theatre seating. It can also be furnished with tables for up to 80 participants to provide desk space!
We have a variety of appealing medium-sized rooms for your conference needs. C15 seats up to 50 people, while C14 accommodates 40 people and C17 has space for 30. These attractive rooms are perfect for mid-sized groups and presentations.
We also offer a range of smaller rooms, which are ideal for intimate business meetings. We have 2 meeting rooms for up to 10 people, all designed perfectly so your team's ideas can flow in comfort and style.
Our Brasserie Absint is a gem in Gävle’s restaurant scene, with a variety of local and international flavours for our guests to sample. We also offer breakfast and lunch buffets, along with delicious refreshments and beverages throughout the day.
