Our granne Frösö Park Arena, is a flexible meeting arena with space for 2,500 people. Our meeting facilities are suitable for everything from concerts and events to congresses and exhibitions. Our 13 meeting rooms with capacity for 4 – 200 people, make us the obvious choice for meetings, conferences and large congresses. Together with Frösö Park Arena, we will be Norrland's largest conference centre.

Exercise and activities

We believe that the very best ideas come to you when you're exercising. A walk along the pilgrim trail S:t Olavsleden, skiing in the Norrland landscape, ice skating on Storsjön lake, or a round of golf at Östersund-Frösö, one of Sweden's most beautiful golf courses? Our spa, which opened in December 2015, is a beautiful oasis and a natural place to treat yourself. Here we have heated indoor and outdoor pools, a steam room and sauna, as well as a range of different treatments.

Come rain or shine. And your reward awaits at the finish line. We serve food with inspiration from all over the world, Jämtland-style. Drinks are carefully selected from all over the world, not forgetting our own region of course! Kava is open every day of the week, all the year round, and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as brunch during the weekend. Come as you are, relax and enjoy the atmosphere!
