Clarion Collection Hotel Bergmästaren is located in the more tranquil part of central Falun, surrounded by World Heritage protected nature sites.
From here, the city's selection of restaurants and shopping is just around the corner. Additionally, Falun's main attractions such as the Falun Mine and the artist Carl Larsson's home, are within easy reach. The Dalhalla open air arena is just an hour away by car.
Hotel Bergmästaren has a long history – the beautiful building was built back in the early 1930s. A magnificent building, which served as the city's Systembolag (alcohol retailer) for a long time. When the hotel was built in 1985, it was named Bergmästaren after the mine inspection office that had previously been on the site.
Clarion Collection Hotel Bergmästaren is cash-free, which ensures added security for our guests and visitors. More information about this can be found under FAQs.
