Strawberry has been using WWF's seafood guide to develop our own "red list". The result is a list that helps us determine which meat and seafood to avoid. We only serve fish and seafood that has been ASC/MSC-certified and we do not purchase any meat from Brazil. Our coffee is both organic and Fair Trade. The omelettes are made from organic eggs and the flour used in the bakery is also organic. All our food is 100% palm oil free. There are also plenty of options for vegetarians, vegans and those with lactose or gluten intolerances.
