Our kitchen in well known for its delicious menu, and our chefs do their utmost to give you a delectable experience in our restaurant, all year round. In the summer, we barbecue fish and meat outside on our terrace.
Our Christmas buffet is famous far and wide, out in the deep Telemark forests. It is said that "if you haven't had the Christmas buffet at Straand, you've never had a Christmas buffet!"
On some Saturday evenings, you can experience the very best our kitchen has to offer. We offer a 3-course and a 5-course menu, which varies according to the season and availability of ingredients. We work with locally sourced ingredients wherever possible, and dinner is always served in stylish surroundings.
