The room was a bit too warm but otherwise comfortable. Good breakfast with substantial variety. Dinner buffet on the hand was a bit of a disappointment and I recommend finding somewhere else outside the hotel for dinner. The staff where welcoming.

As a member of the Nordic Choice Club I usually stay with them whenever I am in Norway. This is, by far, the worst one. The hotel is dated, breakfast is bad - even in Corona mode, and the rooms are incredibily warm. I noticed a small fan on the desk in my room and wondered what that was for. Well....it was impossible to get at good nights sleep because of the heat, even with an open windodw, and it was cold outside! Go elsewhere!

Apart from a very bad hotel in Turkey where i had to sleep on the floor, this is the most shabby hotel i ever stayed at. Wonder why i entered the members club.. the curtains in my room can't be closed…

Apart from a very bad hotel in Turkey where i had to sleep on the floor, this is the most shabby hotel i ever stayed at. Wonder why i entered the members club.. the curtains in my room can't be closed, the elevator missed my floor by 10 cm. Old and worn.

Hi, Thanks for shearing your experience after visiting our hotel, it is feedback from our guests that help us to get better. We have several different room categories in the hotel; many new, some a little older, some big and some a little smaller. In June 2018, we opened a wing with newly renovated rooms. This was the second major upgrade in a short time, as we also renovated another wing earlier that year. More renewals are in the pipeline in the time ahead, to the delight of all our guests. We hope to see you back here another time.

Best check-in procedure ever! It took about 25 seconds and was done with a smile. Helpful and friendly staff at reception. Rooms a bit dated, but clean. Noise from outside (especially in the weekend) can be easily heard. Close to railway station/taxi stand.
