I use this hotel every time I go to work and the Service is on top level all time, good food, excellent service, you can the car for cheep money, and in the morning they drive you to the hotel, The restaurant has good food also. But the Service in Hotel I find it outstanding good.

The check in was very unwelcoming with staff who didn't even smile...My company booked me a superior room and I payed for an upgrade....only to get... a tiny superior room????? If this was superior I would hate to see a standard room. The room didn't even have tea/coffee making facilities? Soap and conditioner dispenser were empty and didn't get refilled even after me asking. I was only staying 3 nights so I didn't need my room serviced but my bin was full so I left it in the corridor while I was out so the cleaners (who I didn't even see once during my visit) could empty it...my bin remained in the corridor for 2 days with out being touched (seriously??!!) Planes at the airport, directly outside my window finished at about 11pm and started at 4am and were extremely loud..on a plus note my bed was very comfortable, however I don't understand why you get a single duvet on a double bed? Breakfast and dinners were the only positive areas of my stay so credit where credits due... All in all I was disappointed with the conditions of this hotel, it only takes a friendly smile at the desk to go a long way!!

Noisy ventilation system - if you open the windows you get the noise of aircraft from very close runway. Loud music playing from a room party at 3am on the Saturday night. Hotel bedrooms incredibly hot and clammy. After 2 nights in this hotel I was fatigued. This is not the hotel to choose if you want a decent nights sleep. Avoid.
