Please note that there are no parking facilities at the hotel. We recommend all those arriving by car to park at the Paleet garage.
The hotel has a locked luggage storage room where you can store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, should you need to. Please note, however, that it is not supervised at all times.
Do you offer housekeeping services?
To save the planet (and your wallet), we only clean your room every fourth day during your stay. If you would prefer to have your room cleaned every day, just let us know in the Barception no later than 10pm the night before.
All guests can access our free WiFi from anywhere in the hotel, so you can just keep surfing! To log in, simply select the "choice guest" network and you're in! You don't need a password. Alternatively, please log in with your Nordic Choice Club membership number.
In our lobby shop open 24/7, you can buy snacks, drinks and light meals.
Did you have a late Saturday night? Don't panic! On Sundays you can keep your room until 6pm, at no extra cost. We also serve breakfast until 12 noon. So relax, sleep late. It's our treat! You can check out a little later on other days to, for a fee of 100 NOK. Please contact the hotel for more information.
The Comfort Hotel Karl Johan is a cash-free hotel. This provides a safer working environment for our staff as it reduces the risk of theft and burglary. It also means that we have more time to spend on taking care of our guests. For guests it means faster and more secure payments. We accept all major debit and credit cards.
