Can I park at the hotel?
Unfortunately, we do not have parking facilities at the hotel at the moment, but you can park on the other side of the road at Oslo City.
Can I check in with my phone? Any other smart services?
Yes! Your phone is your hero! And when you stay with us, you can use your phone in lots of useful ways - check in, access your room, pay, check out and book your next stay! Another great feature is that you can chat with us whenever you like! Just message us if you have any queries and we'll do our best to help! All you need to do is download the Nordic Choice Hotels app (free) and log in. Simple as that!
Do you have luggage storage?
The hotel has a luggage room where you are welcome to store your belongings both before and after your stay.
Do you offer free WiFi?
All our hotel rooms and communal areas have free WiFi. Simply log in and you'll be online. It really couldn't be easier!
Can I pay with cash?
Clarion Hotel The Hub is a cash-free hotel. This provides a safer working environment for our staff as it reduces the risk of theft and burglary. It also means that we have more time to spend on taking care of our guests. For guests it means faster and more secure payments. We accept all major debit and credit cards.
