Do you a fancy a bite to eat after exploring the centre of Oslo? Pop in or book a table in this stylish brasserie and soak up the history. The restaurant is conveniently located at Amerikalinjen, and was originally the maritime headquarters of the Norwegian Amerikalinjen, whose ships carried thousands of Norwegians across the Atlantic in search of a new life. The name is a tribute to the building's role and the interior decor preserves some of this history, alongside more modern touches.

Take a seat in Amerikalinjen's year-round garden, Haven, and leave behind the hustle and bustle of the city, whilst the sun is shining. The restaurant offers plenty of choice with vegetarian options on the dinner menu and children can enjoy pancakes and milkshakes from the brunch menu.
