Can I park at the hotel?
There are 300 parking spaces, as well as 10 accessible spaces and 20 charging stations for electric vehicles. The parking facilities are managed by One Park. Prices: 36 NOK/hour and 130 NOK/day. Car parking spaces cannot be reserved. Please contact the reception in case you have any questions about the parking facilities.
Where can I store my luggage?
The hotel has a luggage storage room where you can leave your luggage before and after your stay.
Is there WiFi at the hotel?
Our free WiFi can be accessed from anywhere in the hotel. You can get an access code from the reception or simply log in using your Nordic Choice Club membership number.
How can I get to and from the airport?
There is an airport shuttle service (S22) that runs between the airport and the hotel several times an hour. Tickets can be purchased from a machine outside the hotel or on the bus. Please contact the reception for timetables and more information about the shuttle service.
Is there a shop nearby?
Did you forget to pack something? Then you needn't worry - we sell a range of useful items in the reception including toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shaving cream, shampoo, shoe polish and sewing kits. We are also more than happy to help you purchase anything else you might need.
Do you offer upgrades?
Are you celebrating a special occasion or do you just fancy an extra luxurious stay. Please contact us for further information about upgrades.
What is Sweet Dreams Stay?
Our Sweet Dreams Stay project is a collaboration with UNICEF to help children subjected to human trafficking enjoy a safe night's sleep. You can help by choosing not to have your room cleaned when you stay with us more than two consecutive nights. We will then make a donation to UNICEF on your behalf.
Can I pay with cash?
The Quality Airport Hotel Gardemoen is a cash-free hotel. This provides a safer working environment for our staff as it reduces the risk of theft and burglary. It also means that we have more time to spend on taking care of our guests. For guests it means faster and more secure payments. We accept all major debit and credit cards.
