Comfort Hotel® Runway

It was clean, cosy and comfortable. After a day of travelling we fell asleep as soon as our heads hit the pillow! The breakfast was really well stocked and me and my husband are vegan and there were plenty of options. The early breakfast start time was great for our early flight. The people working there were also super friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed in this hotel and an issue that I raised with reception in the evening. I have to say I was dealt with in a highly professional and courteous manner. I would like to add that the receptionist I dealt with was called Shahide. Thanks to her service I will be recommending most highly to friends and colleagues that visit Oslo that they stay at this hotel. If you have any way of rewarding Shahide for her service, then I strongly ask that you do.

First of all, this is NOT a plush hotel. No cozy lounge area around a fireplace. No restaurant or bar. And in your room plan on: No art work. No desk. No couch. No washcloths. No bath mat towel. One hand towel. No lotion. No conditioner. One hand soap pump at the sink and one combination shampoo/body wash pump in the shower. On the flip side, the breakfast buffet is fantastic. Coffee, tea, breads, yogurt, fresh fruits and vegetables, juices and smoothies, smoked salmon, caviar, potatoes, mushrooms, hot vegetables, bacon, sausage, and much more. So, if you’re looking for classy elegance and fun activities take a hard pass. If you want a decent night’s sleep and a great breakfast this is your place. Shuttle to/from the airport is $8/pp each way, every 1/2 hour.

Amazing breakfast after the perfect night's stay. The hotel was immaculate. Staff was friendly, polite and helpful. Location near Oslo Airport at Gardermoen with easy access bus/shuttle service every 30 minutes to the terminal. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Oslo.

Stayed twice for 1 night en route to ski at Trysil. It’s a modern basic hotel. Clean, functional and with an unbelievable breakfast. Airport shuttle stops right outside 80 NOK each way.- 10 mins to airport. There’s even a sauna in the gym Highly recommended
