I’ve stayed here twice. The location to the airport is excellent. The rooms can be cold because the heat is under the windows and the curtains extend over the heaters blocking the heat from entering the room. Ask for a room with a heated bathroom floor because there is no heat in the bathrooms. The rooms have no telephones. If you want to order room service go to the front desk. The menu says that you can order by app, sms text message, or by phone. The app doesn’t have the room service feature yet. When you text-in your order they don’t respond by text. So when the food doesn’t arrive you have to go to the front desk anyway. The menu doesn’t contain the correct phone number for room service. Note also that the menu doesn’t tell you the hours for lunch or dinner. There is no closet just a small cabinet wide enough for one suit but because it is packed with coat hangers it is not useable. The WiFi was spotty in both rooms. I went from three bars to no bars in 8 feet. If you are looking for a place to sleep before catching a flight, and no more this is it. If you want a little more this is not the place.

Stayed here for one night. Arrived late so didn’t have a chance to have dinner. Although the kitchen was already closed, the very helpful receptionist, Thomas, offered to go to the kitchen and put something together for me - amazing service! The gym is amazing and has sauna and steam which I used in the morning before having an amazing breakfast. Mattress and pillows is room could have been better.

I stayed here for a conference. As long as i attended the conference it was ok. We stayed another day to rest up before going home. The restaurant did not open until 5pm. on a saturday :) We went into Jessheim to get some food and came back. The "lounge" area was cold and all the lights were turned of so i had to sort out that myself. We ended up going to the restaurant around 7or8pm to get some food. Buffet was reserved for a group of tourists or something similar. So we were told to go to the ala carte restaurant. There we waited 20mins by out table without anyone taking our order or serving us some water. I got fed up and went to the buffet with my wife and got some food, got a mug of water and a coffe mug to put it in. A waiter then stopped me, which was fair enough, and told us that we could not eat. I calmly said that i had waited for a long time and was fed up. I was, ofcours, going to pay, but right now im going to sit over there. Away from the other group eating so that i would not disturb them. Waiter gave a smirk and said something like "ofcourse youre going to pay". He did not want to take our order for sodas or beers. But atleast i had grabbed a mug of water. When we left i went to the cashier and said we wanted to pay for to buffets and said the prices. Waiter then came by, which was kinda funny since he did not want to come to the table and take our order for sodas/beers. Felt like he was more concerned with "winning" the discussion with me than defusing the situation. I now waiters are under stress, but...The situation would have been easily solved by somehting like: "oh, im sorry you had to wait that long. If you wanna eat the food you allready have thats no problem. Grab a seat and ill be over to take your order" or "oh, im sorry you had to wait that long. If you want to, you can go back to the ala carte and ill be right over to take your order".... Not a good experience at all.
