Clarion Hotel & Congress Oslo Airport is 17,000 m2, has 1,400 beds, seats 4,500 dinner guests and has a total capacity of 8,000 guests, making it&one of the most comprehensive conference facilities in Norway.
The Qube convention centre
Our convention centre, The Qube, opened in 2014 and offers modern and flexible meeting facilities and convention halls. The Qube is 13,000 m2 and has direct access to the hotel.
Banquet, trade fair, kick-off meeting or conference?
The hotel has over 40 different meeting facilities with capacity for 360 – 8,000 people. Our meeting facilities are flexible and can be divided into smaller rooms, with space for 60 – 2,000 people. The largest meeting facilities are perfectly-suited to larger events such as Christmas buffets, kick-off meetings, office parties or banquets. If you're planning a smaller event such as a wedding, christening, confirmation or anniversary, we recommend one of our smaller meeting facilities.
Dinner for 4,500 people.
Food and beverages are an important part of every event. 4,500 people can dine concurrently here, and we offer many possibilities such as à la carte, party buffet or banquet dinner. We customise meals to your requirements, and the meals served are always prepared from healthy and tasty ingredients without palm oil.
Christening, wedding, birthday or party?
We have over 45 meeting facilities of all sizes and a charming restaurant. We arrange your private celebrations with exciting menu ideas and delicious flavours. We also offer overnight accommodation and we're located close to Oslo's Gardemoen airport, which may be convenient for your guests. We offer endless possibilities, good logistics and a great deal of flexibility.
Parking
The Qube convention centre offers direct access to Clarion Hotel & Congress Oslo Airport. Together with the nearby Comfort Hotel Runway, we are able to offer 732 rooms with sleeping accommodation for 1,400 people. We have 700 parking spaces and there are 3,000 extra spaces at Dalen Parkering.
Equipment
All our conference rooms and meeting rooms are equipped with modern technology, and technical assistance is available throughout your event. We also have a podium, a stage and audio/microphone system.
