Clarion Hotel & Congress Oslo Airport offers 45 flexible conference rooms suitable for everything from small meetings to large conventions.

The hotel has a maximum capacity of 8,000 conference participants and the new convention centre, The Qube, offers endless possibilities at a size of 13,000 m2. The smallest room can accommodate 10 people and the largest, 5,000. There is also the possibility of using our living areas for exhibitions, socialising or coffee breaks. Likewise, our large restaurant and bar are available for your use.
Equipment
All our meeting facilities are equipped with a projector, flip chart, notepads and pens as well as free WiFi for all participants. Some also have a stage, podium and audio/microphone system. Naturally, we also offer technical assistance throughout your function.
New convention centre 2014
1 August 2014 saw the opening of Clarion Hotel & Congress Oslo Airport's new convention centre with capacity for 6,000 people. The meeting facilities are 13,000 m2 and offer endless possibilities for events, trade fairs, conferences and conventions. We have four large meeting rooms in addition to the large exhibition hall, and can arrange dinners for up to 4,500 guests. There will also be a walkway (indoor) from Clarion Hotel & Congress Oslo Airport straight to the convention centre.
