Clarion Collection® Hotel Hammer

Good atmosphere in the center of Lillehammer. Located within walking distance of many of the sights in Lillehammer. Easy to park the car outside or in a heated garage. Breakfast, coffee in the afternoon and supper included in the stay.

We had hoped that our order would be a good solution to our dinner, but unfortunately this was not the case. I would like to request you to fix this issue as we are customers who appreciate your quality of service. We came just after dinner had closed but the staff made us something to eat and allowing us to sit and eat. Very welcome ster an 8 hour drive. They kept checking if we needed more or if we needed anything. Such friendly staff. Rooms are basic but perfect for the night. Rest of the hotel is cozy and at a good location. Breakfast was sufficient. Would stay here again!

After a difficult start where the receptionist was impatient and unfriendly even though there were no other guests in the queue, the stay at the Clarion Hammer was excellent. The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located but a little off the pedestrianised area. The car had a reserved space in the underground car park. Our deluxe room was large and well maintained, but the furnishings were a bit spartan. There were also only a few storage options in the bathroom. The fika coffee time with cake in the afternoon was very good, as was the dinner included in the price in the evening.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed soft. Staff were friendly and helpful and the evening meal was included in the price as well as the breakfast. Food was very nice, and there were a few options for parking (payable separately).
