Location is good Breakfast : so so, COLD eggs even if you come when they open, juice that has never been near fruit great pancakes . Even for Norway this place is hellishly expensive- which would be ok if at least there was some consistency in the room quality. Rooms in same catagory can be either a dark dump, or a top floor room with balcony. Ridiculous!

Upgrade for my birthday 🥳 and help to make my day a much better day. Desk did a great job and I look forward to my next visit 🥳 I always have a great time in Haugesund and the hotel make sure that I get a better stay

First impressions are good and the reception team were helpful and friendly. I am used to being in a Hotel which serves an evening meal with a varied menu. The meal consisted of beefburgers and a boiled potato plus veg. For some that may be ok but I expected something a little more varied. The only eggs served at breakfast apart from boiled were scrambled, hard and rubbery with no taste and no beans or tomato or mushrooms. The toaster was too small and looked past its best so getting toast was a slow process. The rooms were clean but the outside balcony was old, tired and dirty, not really a place to sit and enjoy the last of the evening sun. This hotel could be made so fresh and modern because its in a lovely spot although the local nightclubs make sleeping a little difficult!!! Thank you though for your efforts

Great and quite rooms. An affordable stay in Norway because breakfast, afternoon tea and evening meals included, which is great since Norway is not the cheapest country to stay. Staff super friendly! Defenitaly come back.

Right on the waterfront and very convenient to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Room was comfortable and clean. Very nice breakfast included as well as a light supper. Would very definitely recommend.
