Sweet and wonderful employees. Nice that evening food is included. Very clean, but it smells like smoke on the 2. floor. Even my doughter commented on the smell. Maybe from the fire down the street some months ago. It was worse in the evening. Both outside in the hallway and inside of room 231. But no problem at all staying in the room. The receptionst is very nice, made both me and my dougther feel so welcome. Thank you! The same to the two sweet ladies working in the restaurant. I noticed your attention to details. Wiping of the counter as soon as you saw a croumble. The food was excellent! It made me feel welcome when you smiled and said «good morning». Thank you! Big pluss for clean hotel, evening food and excellent employees. Over all a very nice hotel. 4,5 stars.

I stayed one night in room 519. Nice room with 4-star standard, overlooking the town's east square. The hotel is quite delicate. I didn't have anything to eat there, just sleep. Unfortunately, it took me 25 minutes (!) to check in as they were understaffed. Only one clerk behind the desk. Except from this, everything was very good. Nice location in the middle of town centre, close to everything.

Nice stay

Great location a few minutes walk from the train station. The exterior look a bit dull, much nicer inside. Staff friendly and efficient. Due to my membership in their loyaltyprogram we got sn upgraded room that was spacious, nice and clean. Beds comfy. The included eveningmeal and breakfast was good.

Back in Hamar for business and this time I’ve decided to stay at Clarion Victoria this time after a terrible experience with another hotel nearby during my last trip. The hotel is nicely located, front desk staff was super friendly and kind. My room was clean and tastefully decorated, my bed was bigger than I thought it would be as I booked a room for single occupancy. Bathroom is rather small but clean and functional, nice amenities too. Two meals included and the restaurant was nice and clean, and again, staff was attentive and friendly. Will definitely stay here whenever I’m in Hamar! Els
