Can I park at the hotel?
The Comfort Hotel Bergen has six parking spaces available to hotel guests (250 NOK/24h). Please contact us for more information and to reserve a space. More information can also be found here.
Do you have luggage storage?
The hotel has a small luggage storage room, where you can store your luggage before or after your stay.
Do you offer housekeeping services?
To save the planet (and your wallet), we only clean your room every fourth day during your stay. If you would prefer to have your room cleaned every day, just let us know in the Barception no later than 10pm the night before.
Do you have accessible rooms?
We have one specially configured room for disabled guests with twin beds. Please contact the hotel directly if you wish to book this room.
Is there WiFi at the hotel?
We offer free WiFi all over the hotel for your convenience. More information about our WiFi network can be found here.
Do you serve drinks and snacks?
If you're feeling peckish, just come down to the barception and buy something from the Comfort Deli. We stock mineral water, baguettes, a range of snacks and other travel items. The Comfort Deli is open 24/7 for your convenience.
Do you offer early check-ins or late check-outs?
Did you have a late Saturday night? Don't panic! We serve breakfast until 12 noon on Sundays and you can keep your room until 6pm at no extra charge. Just make sure to contact us if you would like to arrange a late check-out on a Sunday. You may also be able to check in slightly earlier or check out slightly later on other days too for a small fee and subject to availability.
