Can I park at or near the hotel?
There are 115 parking spaces under the hotel. These facilities are managed by OnePark and the AutoPay system applies here. When you exit the garage, please use the machine and your vehicle registration number to pay. You can even pay online up to 48 hours after you depart.
80 NOK per hour and max. 190 NOK for an uninterrupted 24-hour period.

Is breakfast included? Can I get breakfast even if I have an early flight?
All our guests can enjoy our lovely buffet breakfast featuring lots of organic and healthy produce every morning. Breakfast is always included in the room rate. Those of you catching an early flight may like to try our Early Bird basic breakfast served from 4am every day.
What's the easiest way for me to check in?
Check in with your mobile phone, online or via one of our clever check-in terminals at the hotel when you arrive to beat the queues!
Is there a gym at the hotel?
Guests are welcome to use our modern gym (approx. 80 sqm), so make sure you bring your sportswear if you're staying with us.
Do you have luggage storage?
Yes, we offer luggage storage if you want to drop your luggage off when you arrive early, after checking out, or while you wait for a flight.
Is there free WiFi? How much does it cost?
All guests can access our free WiFi from anywhere in the hotel and you can keep surfing as long as you want!
Can I bring my dog?
Your four-legged friends are also more than welcome at the Comfort Hotel Bergen Airport. Your dog can stay with you in your room for 250 NOK per visit. Guide dogs are of course welcome at no extra charge. Please do make sure to notify us when you make your booking, so that we can find a suitable room for you and your dog.
Do you offer upgrades?
We can upgrade you to a room in a higher category subject to availability. Our reception staff will be able to help you and give you pricing information.
Do you offer housekeeping services?
To save the planet (and your wallet), we only clean your room every fourth day during your stay. If you would prefer to have your room cleaned every day, just let us know in the Barception no later than 10pm the night before.
Can I pay with cash at the hotel?
The Comfort Hotel Bergen Airport is a cash-free hotel. This provides a safer working environment for our staff as it reduces the risk of theft and burglary. It also means that we have more time to spend on taking care of our guests. For guests it means faster and more secure payments. We accept all major debit and credit cards.
