No roomservice and clogged bathroom. Used all the towels to clean it up. No new towels next day and the bed was note made. I had a superior room. The staff in reception valued their computers more than human contact, only one of them looked at me, barely

Very good hotel. Friendly service , delicious breakfast, room was very good and near to everything in center. Easy to find parking to car. Persons in front desk was friendly and gave us good service and information and recommendations we need . I can recommend this hotel. We will come back.

Extremely disappointed, not at all value provided to the money charged ,sever downgrade in service and its supplemented by attitude , need extreme improvement at Breakfast time and also by house keeping staff for proper supplies kept in room and replenish items which needs to be done .

Very nice location by the water and downtown Arendal. Rooms to the street can be noisy but rooms with a sea view are quiet. Breakfast is ok and staff friendly. Ferry to two islands leaves literally behind the hotel and can be seen arriving/departing in the breakfast room with nice sea views.

It is the service that triumphs. Combined with good location and excellent service, the stay gave me a very positive start to the work week. The hotel has chosen a maritime feel. Which is appropriate considering that they are located down by the harbor. I had booked parking for the electric car in advance and when I arrived at the hotel the place was taken by someone else. The receptionist was very solution-oriented and helped me find a good car park as good as the one I had originally booked. Maybe better. The breakfast was very good and it was easy to check out when I was going to travel. The hotel is not very modern, but it holds everything you need as a guest. I gave it 4 "stars" due to the service.
