Comfort Hotel® LT

An excellent hotel that way exceeded my expectations! Great décor, extremely friendly staff in general, particularly Regvita at reception - an outstanding member of staff and every hotel needs to have someone like this! The restaurant is excellent, particularly the duck. Breakfast is also excellent, with a great variety of dishes and even eggs cooked to order. The room was large, clean and comfortable, with an excellent shower. Location is good, about 15 minutes walking into the Old Town. All in all, an excellent hotel, with just two small issues. Although all the staff were excellent, there was a boy at reception over the weekend who is churlish and rude, and who also overcharges for drinks. It didn't affect my whole experience, but it was a shame at such a good hotel. Also, the hotel offer an airport transfer, which is basically a standard taxi, for 25 euros, but an Uber costs 6-8 euros, so it's a bit of a rip-off.

Very nice and efficient for a short stay. Cleaning mostly on request, well maintained. Adequate breakfast and efficient and kind staff. Well located and not far from the historic center. Very convenient the super market across the street.

Very well located hotel, close to the city center, the train station, shops, parking nearby. Very good welcome, very professional and fast. Quality room, spacious, quiet, comfortable bedding, large shower, music when you enter is very nice. Address to keep for a next visit to Vilnius

The heat in the hotel was unbearable. We turned the aircon as low as possible but we couldn't turn off the radiator because the valves had been removed. So we had to leave the window open all the time....... in Nov !!! Given that the hotel owners have to pay extortionate prices for gas to heat the hotel, it seems ludicrous that the heating is set so high. The room was fine but an extra pillow would have be appreciated. The TV menu was very sparse, nothing really of any interest to watch. Perhaps if they saved some money on heating they could provide a better TV package. Also, why is the TV stuck over in the corner ? Why not directly in front of the bed ? Be aware parking is very expensive. On the plus side it's a good location, ten minutes walk from both the bus and railway station. It's also only a 20 or 25 minute walk to the Old Town.

It’s a fun place…music themed obviously. You check in at the same place you get a drink. Good buffet breakfast. Good location like a mile from the town center. Don’t expect to find scab anywhere!!!!! We missed a day trip because we couldn’t find one.
