Parking
We recommend you to park in APCOA's underground garage. Discounted tickets (320 DKK/24h) are available from the hotel reception, but please note that these are subject to availability. Make sure to buy your ticket in the reception before you enter and never leave your car without a valid ticket. The garage is operated by APCOA Parking and is conveniently located right below the hotel. It is open 24 hours, but the gate is locked from 10pm-6am. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer parking for motorcycles.
Breakfast
We serve a nice, big breakfast buffet with lots of organic and healthy produce – a proper hotel breakfast in other words!
Do you offer housekeeping services?
To save the planet (and your wallet), we only clean your room every fourth day during your stay.
Luggage storage
The hotel has a luggage storage room, where you can store your luggage before check-in or after check-out, should you need to.
Free WiFi throughout the hotel
All guests can access our free WiFi from anywhere in the hotel, so just keep surfing!
Late check-out/early check-in
Did you have a late Saturday night? Don't panic! On Sundays we let our guests keep their room until 6pm – at no extra cost. So relax, sleep late. It's our treat! Please do make sure to let us know if you would like to arrange a late check-out when you check in.
You can generally check in slightly earlier or check out slightly later on other days too. Please note fees apply and that this is subject to availability.
Upgrades
We offer room upgrades from 200 DKK. Please contact the reception for further information!
Non-smoking policy
Please note that smoking is strictly forbidden inside the hotel. Anyone found smoking inside will be liable to pay a 1500 DKK fine. You are permitted to smoke outside the hotel.
