How to purchase gift cards
Gift cards are available for purchase on our website. If you would like to redeem your bonus points for a gift card, you can do so in the Points Shop. Gift cards will be sent to you via email.
Gift cards & vouchers
Digital gift cards:
- Buy a gift card online here.
- Choose between three set amounts or a sum of your choice.
- It can be used at all hotels (including independent hotels like Yasuragi, The Thief or the Kämp Collection hotels).
- You can also use gift cards to make a part payment.
- Gift cards can be used in all our facilities including spas, bars and restaurants, as well as to buy various items for sale such as pillows or bathroom products, as long as these are paid for at the respective hotel.
- Gift cards will be sent to your email address or to the recipient of your choice.
- Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Gift cards for unspecified amounts:
- You can determine the value of the gift card.
- Gift cards can be used at all hotels within Strawberry, including independent hotels.
- Gift cards can be used for full or partial payment of overnight stays and other services (e.g. restaurant meals and spa treatments) at the hotel.
- Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Gift vouchers claimed with bonus points:
- members can use bonus points to claim gift vouchers!
- Get 1 overnight stay at a hotel of your choice.
- You'll need between 7,500 and 40,000 bonus points to claim 1 free night.
- The gift voucher can only be used on one occasion.
- Request your gift voucher here. The gift voucher will be sent to you via email and is transferrable in case you wish to give it to someone else.
- Valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
