The Clarion Collection Hotel Uppsala is lovely hotel with an interesting history that is ideal for those seeking a modern venue for all kinds of different conferences and events. The hotel building once served as a central location for craftsmanship and a workplace for several of Uppsala’s finest artisans! Our conference rooms are thus named after the different skills they possessed – Boken (The book) for bookmakers, Bullen (The Bun) and Glaset (The Glass) for glassblowers who worked in the building. We have a variety of spaces to meet your needs with one large meeting room and four smaller ones. Our facilities are homely and airy, and feature all the latest modern technology including projectors and TV screens for convenient and successful events!

Here with us it’s easy to shift from work mood with presentations and sales to mingling and wonderful dining experiences! We serve both lunch and afternoon tea breaks to our conference guests, and in the evening you can head to the restaurant and bar to hang out with clients and colleagues in a relaxed setting. Our service-minded members of staff will take good care of you and will do everything to ensure your event is a success!

Boken (72sqm), our largest conference room, is ideal for meetings for up to 60 people with classroom seating or up to 100 people with theatre seating. Boken can also be transformed into a party venue for up to 60 people.
