The centrally located Quality Hotel™ Sundsvall has excellent conference facilities with the possibility of hiring cinema auditoriums and other events spaces too. The central station is only a few steps away and we have free WiFi.

Would you like a traditional conference package or are you looking to arrange a truly unique event? Perhaps you have very specific ideas of what you want? No matter what you're looking for, we'll help you realise your plan! We'll plan your event, taking your budget into consideration and making use of our wide range of facilities. Our conference spaces feature lots of useful technical equipment and office material. We also have hearing loops in the following rooms: Tunnbindaren, Hattmakaren, Glasblåsaren and Apotekaren.

In addition to our own conference facilities, we can arrange bookings at other venues for groups of 50-350 people at the Filmstaden cinema in the same building. Nothing compares to a cinema auditorium in terms of comfortable seating and sound quality! These venues are ideal for seminars, presentations, conferences and various other events, and we are happy to tailor a solution to suit your needs. Share your ideas with us and we'll be happy to take it from there! 

Sundsvall is an increasingly popular destination for conference guests, and that is certainly no surprise, since it is located just 3.5 hours from Stockholm on the X2000 train and 40 minutes by plane. We are also more than happy to assist with congress services, travel arrangements, speakers and entertainment. Through our partners, we can offer a congress booking service where your conference gets its own website detailing the programme and booking arrangements such as travel and hotel rooms, as well as invoicing and feedback. We strongly recommend you to try this service as a means of cutting administration work. In short, it is an extremely efficient way of managing a conference!

We can arrange a wide range of activities such as rooftop tours and teambuilding events for groups of more than 10 people. Perhaps you'd just like to relax and enjoy each other's company with good food and wine? Here at the hotel we have a great range of facilities with different restaurants to choose from. This is the ideal meeting place for drinks receptions and dinners, and our chefs make sure to use the best seasonal produce. 

The Stenstan, Sundsvall's charming stone old town, is right on our doorstep, so you can explore the great range of cultural attractions, entertainment and shopping. During the summer, you can enjoy the fabulous natural surroundings with some excellent beaches within easy reach of the hotel, despite its central location!

If your idea of relaxation is to pound a treadmill or lift weights, our gym is open 24 hours a day, so there's time for a workout whatever your schedule. And when you've tired yourself out, why not unwind in our traditional Swedish sauna?
