The fresh, salty air of the fjord surrounds the Clarion Hotel® & Congress Trondheim. It's both a rural escape and city centre retreat. Our décor is dotted with works by celebrated artists and characterised by sleek Scandinavian design.

Our welcoming Living Room is designed for you to relax, socialise and enjoy the views. If you're with colleagues, it's the perfect place to enjoy a few post-conference drinks. We also have the Astrum Grill & Raw Bar on the hotel's top floor.

Thanks to our expansive facilities and expertise in hosting events, the Clarion Hotel & Congress Trondheim is often alive with activity. Founded in 2012, we've quickly become a favourite both locally and internationally for events ranging from private functions to trade shows and conferences.

If you're visiting us on business, there's plenty to enjoy outside of working hours. In addition to the restaurant and bar, we have an agreement with 3T Pirbadet next door – this well-equipped gym and fitness centre is open well into the evening, so you won’t have to set aside your daily workout even when you're away from home. The complex also has its own pool that our guests can use at their leisure.

If you've got some much-deserved free time on your hands after a few days of meetings, take advantage of the hotel's excellent location. We're moments from ferry and metro transport links, or you can stroll along the waterfront within moments of leaving the front doors. Downtown is a few minutes' walk away, where you'll find plenty of places to eat and drink.

The Cosmos multipurpose arena certainly lives up to its name – at 1,400m2, it can hold up to 1,800 people. Partitions are also possible. If you're looking for an impressively lit, expansive space for a major event, the Cosmos is the perfect choice.
