Being one of the largest conference hotels in Norway, Quality Hotel™ Grand Royal certainly lives up to its name. The airport bus from EVE Airport, stops right outside the hotel. We’re also linked to the rest of Norway by train and bus.

When you’re working hard, don’t forget to satiate your hunger in our two restaurants. Rallar'n Pub og Kro is the place for something light and tasty when you're on the go or need a quick, satisfying networking lunch. If you've got a bit more time on your hands in the evening, or really want to impress some clients, dinner at the Linken Restaurant & Bar on the top floor is hard to beat. The lights of the city and ski resort illuminating the mountain slopes perfectly complement the exclusive dishes.If you have a few hours to spare, take a look around the Ballangen Museum and learn about the town’s mining roots, or step into the distant past with a glimpse at the 5,000-year-old rock carvings in Narvik. Discover the effects of the Second World War at the Occupation Museum, which features one of the infamous Enigma coding machines. If you've brought the family, take a hike around the mountains and near the lake to appreciate the area’s natural beauty. Alternatively, hit the slopes of Narvikfjället ski resort after a day's work – it’s within walking distance of the hotel.
Our conference facilities include 11 well-equipped meeting rooms and a banquet hall, with our staff on hand to help you organise all the details. We offer catering as well as complimentary snacks throughout the day, all in our convenient location.
The Royal Hall can either be used to host one large venue or divided into three smaller spaces for 150 people in the largest of the three areas, or 75 people each in the other two. This venue is ideal for both conferences and sit-down dinners.
Stetind is located in the front part of the Royal Hall. The venue has a stage and is suitable for up to 130 with classroom seating or 240 with theatre seating. The Royal Hall underwent a full renovation in 2023 and features modern technology.
The Victoriahavn meeting room is a medium-sized space that is often split into two areas – Victoriahavn A and B. The space is nice and bright thanks to the large windows.
Victoriahavn A can accommodate up to 48 people with classroom seating, while Victoriahavn B is suitable for up to 40 people with classroom seating. When used as one space, Victoriahavn can fit up to 90 people with classroom seating.
We have two rooms that are ideal for smaller events such as board meetings. The smaller of the two rooms can accommodate up to 8 people, while the larger one is suitable for up to 14 people.
We know conferences can be challenging, which is why our Quality Breaks are ready to re-energise and refresh you and your guests any time of day. We also offer a comprehensive range of conference menus based on seasonal produce.
