Just a few steps from the train station and ferry, and a mere 20 minutes' drive from Torp Sandefjord Airport, the Quality Hotel™ Grand Larvik is ideally situated for conferences and business meetings in Larvik, on the coast of southern Norway.

In April 2022, we will be opening our newly built conference centre here at the hotel. The main hall is wonderfully spacious (300 sqm) and can even be divided into two smaller venues if required. In addition to that, the conference centre will have three boardrooms that are perfect for all kinds of creative meetings. Our two medium-sized rooms can accommodate 50 people in each. We have more than a dozen conference rooms that look out over the fjord so guests can look forward to some inspiring views! In addition to excellent facilities at the hotel, there is free WiFi and complimentary coffee to keep you going all day long!

The Viksfjord conference room is a comfortable and newly renovated venue with windows facing Grandkvartalet (Grand Quarter). The room is fully equipped with cameras and microphones, which makes hosting video conferences and sharing files and videos via Chromecast an easy task. The Havmannen Restaurant will provide your meeting attendees with refreshments throughout the event. Extra meeting rooms and breakout rooms are available if required. We are happy to tailor our services to your meeting needs!

Fresh + Colourful = Fantastic

We welcome you to the Havmannen Restaurant! Start the day with our wonderful breakfast buffet featuring delicious homebaked bread. We also serve lunch and à la carte dinner here at the restaurant. If you fancy a lavish treat, we recommend our 6 course menu! During the summer months we invite you to dine at our restaurant at the dock, Pakkhuset, which has become one of the city's most popular summer restaurants. 

Good-quality downtime is just as important as high-quality conference time, so we've got plenty of ways to help you unwind. Carry on brainstorming ideas, network or just shoot the breeze at our convivial bar. If you'd like to soak up the views as well, then enjoy a glass of your favourite tipple on our outdoor terrace.

Our central location means exploring is easy when you have a break from the flipcharts. You can pick up a souvenir for the family at the Amfi Larvik Shopping Centre. Then lose yourself in nature with a run through the nearby Bøkeskogen forest or a stroll along the sandy beach just half a mile away. For those with more wanderlust, the ferry to Denmark is just minutes from the hotel!
