The Clarion Hotel Aviapolis is an elegant and modern conference hotel with a great location, ideal for both business and leisure. The airport is just a couple of minutes away by train from the nearby Aviapolis station.

Our Living Room area offers our guests a comfortable, elegant space to relax and mingle. Sink into a book over a glass of wine, or have a chat about the last presentation with a few new contacts. You can also pick up snacks if you need a quick energy burst between events, or use the free hotel WiFi to check emails and updates from work.

If you need to sweat out a hard day of meetings, head to our onsite gym and sauna. Keep up with your fitness regime away from home in our expansive exercise space, then unwind in the heady sauna heat.

If you have time after your conference has finished, we highly recommend heading into Helsinki for a few hours. The district of Kaisaniemi is located right next to Helsinki Central Station, with Kaisaniemi Botanic Gardens well worth exploring. The station is conveniently close to the impressive National Museum of Finland and the Helsinki Music Centre, too. If you have a spare evening during your visit, seeing a dynamic piece of music performed there is a memorable way to spend an hour or two.

We have big meeting rooms with plenty of options! Our spaces can be used for both conferences and dinners. Art 1 and Art 2 can be divided into two separate meeting rooms for 55 guests each.

Capacity

Art 1 and Art can either be used as two separate rooms for workshops, seminars and group sessions for up to 55 people, or as a combined space for up to 108 people.

The Taste meeting room is situated on the 1st floor of the hotel and has large windows that look out onto the park behind hotel. The Taste venue is excellent space for meetings with up to 72 people or dinners for 60 guests seated at round tables.
