…..value. Great location near the harbour, pedestrian areas and great restaurants. Great reception area combined with a bar and comfortable seating areas. Great room at the 5th floor, perfect for a business stay. Except from the missing coffee facilities. Nice updated bathroom. The double window not easy to open. Okay breakfast with what you need to start the day. No restaurant for dinner. Small selection of chips, sandwiches and soft drinks to purchase at the reception.

Centrally located, just steps from the harbour. Stayed there a few times due to the location and price. But some of the rooms should be upgraded soon. Breakfast is excellent quality. I recommend joining as a member to get extra benefits.

This was a simple sleep over, the room was clean, tidy and ticked all the boxes except for the view which for me wasn’t that important. The staff were friendly and open, the breakfast adequate but like the hotel in general lacked finish and was showing its well used age. An improvement in presentation on all fronts could make this hotel excellent

Only cleaning of rooms every 4 day came as a surprise, should be highlighted better at order entry. Room was very dark, should have better lighting. I guess ok for a budget but not as I expected. Wouldn’t hurt to improve the gym, bikes and thread mills not really up the standard

Travelling on business and not being able to charge to your room is ridiculous! Would not stay here again for this reason. Submitting expenses is bad enough for business trips without having to submit individual receipts. I'm not sure if this is a decision made by this hotel in isolation or whether the hotel chain have the same policy.
