Behind the restaurant is chef Ole Jonny Eikefjord, who als owns Oak Restaurant, Restaurant Fjord and Restaurant Eik Annen Etage. Head chef is Andrea Gazzabin, who has experience from a number of restaurants in Italy, Spain, the USA and England.
But if you have more time, feel free to compose your own three-course menu. How about starting with tomato and mozzarella, moving on to veal filet, and then finishing with tiramisu or pannacotta?
