The opening hours of the restaurant vary during the summer period and public holidays. Kindly contact the hotel during such periods for official opening hours.


Our goal is to serve you the best pasta you've tasted and give you quick culinary experiences with the best of traditional Italian cuisine.

Behind the restaurant is chef Ole Jonny Eikefjord, who als owns Oak Restaurant, Restaurant Fjord and Restaurant Eik Annen Etage. Head chef is Andrea Gazzabin, who has experience from a number of restaurants in Italy, Spain, the USA and England.

But if you have more time, feel free to compose your own three-course menu. How about starting with tomato and mozzarella, moving on to veal filet, and then finishing with tiramisu or pannacotta?

Enjoy the food while you imagine the bustling railway concourse in 1854: travelers hugging their loved ones, children smiling and laughing from the train windows, and steam trains snorting into life. 27
