With a maximum conference capacity of more than 2,000 people in 17 meeting rooms and a divisible banquet hall for up to 500 seated guests and 600 people for drinks, there is no event too grand for our enthusiastic and accomplished staff. Bankettsalen's views of Globen and Årstaviken add space and inspiration to your meeting. We are located approximately 45 minutes’ drive from Stockholm Arlanda Airport, 20 minutes’ drive from Stockholm Bromma Airport, and just 2 minutes’ walk from Skanstull metro station and bus stop. Full WiFi access is available throughout the hotel.Our Elements Spa is a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of working life. Here you'll find saunas, refreshments, indoor and outdoor pools with views over the Årstaviken bay and a well-equipped gym complete with a personal trainer – you’ll leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. If you wish to rent the spa for your conference, we will be happy to quote you a price.
Guests love our conference facilities – and rightfully so. With space for over 1,000 people, we offer small and large options to perfectly suit your needs. Our rooms are fully equipped and stylishly decorated to provide an inspiring atmosphere.
Big meetings require big spaces - and our bright and spacious banquet hall is ideal for such occasions! The venue can accommodate up to 500 people, and it features 6 metre-high ceilings, a stage, podium and modern sound system.
Our three largest conference rooms can seat between 45-150 people each, and the furniture can be arranged to suit your specific needs. Should you require more space, our lounges are also available as an add-on for any kind of event.
SPECIAL VENUES
In addition to our conference rooms, we offer some special venues for your meeting. Vatos Bar is a bar above Eatery Social that can be hired for private functions such as drinks receptions, dinners and wine tastings. For a truly memorable experience, you can even hire the Elements Spa for groups of up to 75 people!
We have 8 meeting rooms that are ideal for groups of up to 50 people. These rooms are equipped with a screen/projector screen, a projector, notepads and WiFi.
For a small but impactful setting, why not try our VIP room or Södersviten? Seating 8-14 people apiece, they are intimate yet inspiring. Like all of our rooms, they are fully equipped with a projector, whiteboard, flipchart, stationery and free WiFi.
Our breakfast buffet features plenty of healthy and organic produce. Our one-day package includes lunch and afternoon snacks (plus unlimited tea & coffee). Afterwards, you can enjoy a delicious dinner in our restaurant.
