Established in 1891, Skansen was the world's first open-air museum and provides first-hand insight into Swedish heritage and traditions with historical buildings (flown in from all parts of Sweden), a zoo, its nature and surroundings. Skansen also hosts a number of events including music, dance, children's theatre and more.
The city of Stockholm is full of beautiful parks. In close proximity to the Clarion Hotel Stockholm are Eriksdalslunden, Tantolunden and Vita Bergsparken, of which the last two often host theatre performances and live music.
