Stayed one night. Had room on third floor, a window with view to the breakfast area of the hotel. Nice colour touch from piles of confetti left on places not easy to clean. Aweful solution. No possibility for fresh air in the room, turned on ac to make sleep possible, did not start to cool down the room noticeably until we had to get up next morning. Just useless. Room was not clean. Trying to get breakfast was horrible. So crowded, it felt like a high school cafeteria at peak hour. It was like that the whole time (I could just open the curtain and look down and watch the sircus) 15 people at one point in line to make themselves waffles, bread ran out before we could get any like five times. We finally decided not to keep struggling like crazy people to get what we usually would get and settled for fruit slices and regular coffee...the coffee machine with different choices had a line that just made me want to cry. Oh, and yes, we had to walk around a good while before even finding a place to sit. There was people sitting in the bar, in the rest area by the elevators and in the conference rooms around the serving area, unreal. Staff answered the few questions we had all right, but there was no serviceminded feeling about anything here. We travel a lot and this is one of the saddest hotels we have ever stayed at. Location is good, but you have like five other hotels close by to chose from. Chose another one.

I just stayed for a Business trip i Oslo. Lets start with what was good: - staff friendly - easy check in - OK breakfast And so on to what is not really nice. - the room was not up to date, IT was small, not tidy and weared and stained. - from the elevator to the room the hall smelled terribly, old fart X 100, and was There in the morning AS well. - woke up early and had no hot water- maybe 22 degrees - and IT is simply not Good enough. But the worst experience was when i left a Bag of parcels in the reception for my son to pick up- two out of six parcels was now missing! So things taken care of by staff is beeing missed. I am very disapointed, if you cannot trus front end personell in a large hotell like this- something is terrible wrong. Sorry - you just does not cut it - not by a long shot!

I stayed for two nights in this hotel. The location is perfect because it is central, within walking distance from the central train station (I took the airport train (flytoget) to there from Gardemoen, which I highly recommend), and near Karl Johans gade, the main street of Oslo. Royal palace, Grand Cafe (were Ibsen used to have lunch every day), parliament, and other interesting things all within walking distance. The room was convenient and modern, beds comfortable, very reliable Wi-fi, but the window basically had no view of anything of interest. There is very good breakfast buffet, and a bar. Did not use the sauna or training facilities, but they looked OK to me.
