The pulse comes from Manhattan, the taste from the American East Coast, and many of the carefully selected ingredients come from the Swedish West Coast. Creative craftsmanship with a lot of playful love.

Experience the genuine and local

At Norda, food is prepared and served with care - everything from ingredients to service, chefs and staff is focused on ensuring you have a pleasant experience. You dine in the magnificent old post hall with its eight meter high ceilings, under tall arched windows facing Drottningtorget. A genuine dining experience that is unpretentious and welcoming.

Classic dishes with a twist

With curiosity, we prepare robust classics, but with an unexpected twist. From nicely plated street food dishes and refined brasserie meals to Gothenburg's signature dish; half special with shrimp filling. You can't go wrong here. You'll find the playful restaurant at Clarion Hotel® Post, located in one of the city's most prestigious buildings - the old post office.

Best in Sweden on American wines

Did you know that Norda has one of Sweden's foremost wine cellars when it comes to American wines? Especially from Oregon, which has built its reputation on the challenging Pinot Noir grape. Nowhere else can you find more wines from Oregon without actually traveling there. The cellar also houses fine vintages of carefully selected European wines, and of course, we can conjure up many exciting non-alcoholic alternatives.
