Clarion Collection® Hotel Wellington

We loved our stay at this hotel because the people there were so nice and helpful. The included breakfast and dinner were great with lots of healthy options. It is sometimes hard to get fresh fruits and vegetables while traveling but this hotel provided plenty of healthy options. The chef Yaya is so kind and welcoming. His food was delicious!

I booked this hotel because of the location and because the food is included. All my destinations were within walking distance, but there is also the Tunnelbana and a bus stop nearby. The room was quiet, clean and I slept very well. Breakfast and dinner were great. Especially the vegan Bolognese? pasta sauce was really delicious and I had Kanelbullar for breakfast during my stay. All the staff were very friendly.

Nice small hotel in an excellent location. Rooms were very nice. All of the staff members were very helpful. The breakfast was very good as well as the dinner. In the mornings you could have freshly squeezed orange juice and also healthy juice shots. Loved the shoe shine on every floor.

We stayed 7 nights in the Sunrise Suite on Floor 6. A living room with couch, closets and TV, and a small bedroom with a king size bed. Also a very large and lovely terrace, with access through both rooms. The bathroom was small but very clean and had a good shower and decent towels. No A/C but plenty of fresh air through the terrace doors. The room was on the street but even with the terrace doors open all night there was almost no street noise. A very small elevator but even though the hotel was full, never a problem. Breakfast buffet was copious and very delicious - eggs, cheese, meats, smoked salmon, great bread, muesli, great coffee and tea. Also a Fika and evening buffet included, very handy when we were exhausted after a day of sightseeing. The staff was very helpful, polite and friendly - all spoke perfect English. They arranged a taxi to the airport at a fixed price less than the price quoted on the taxi's website - and the cab was a Tesla! We found the location first rate - we walked or took trams/metro everywhere - the immediate neighborhood was absolutely lovely and it was a plus having the Saluhall Food Hall a block away - with the awesome Lisa Elmqvist fish restaurant. This was our first trip to Stockholm - we will return - and stay again at the Wellington.

Our room was on the basement floor, the windows were higher up than usual and facing a hedge outside so there wasnt a lot of natural light coming in. Would recommend asking a room on a higher floor. The staff was really friendly though. Free breakfast and dinner was included as well and we were very pleased with both. The location is also great - walking distance from a lot of the museums, old town, train station and shopping street.
